  1. Pick a protein: teriyaki chicken, BBQ pulled pork, teriyaki tofu, or poke tuna (raw or seared)
  2. Pick a base: white rice, brown rice, half and half, or garden salad
  3. Pick your sides (one with a regular, two with a large): Asian slaw, Asian veggie, macaroni salad, garden salad or kale salad
  4. Pick a sauce: teriyaki, sweet and tangy BBQ, Fire, sriracha aioli, wasabi ginger or garlic aioli

Gluten-free: ask for the GF bowl, made on a garden salad base without chicken, teriyaki or Fire sauce.

  • Hawaiian Pork Bowl: BBQ pulled pork, fresh grilled pineapple, macaroni salad, Asian slaw and rice with sweet and tangy sauce.
  • California Chicken Salad: grilled teriyaki chicken, garden salad, Asian slaw, Asian veggie and avocado, with house-made sriracha aioli.

Burgers & Sandwiches

  • Classic Burger $13: 1/3 lb Prather Ranch beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mayo and mustard on a brioche bun.
  • Asian Burger $13: 1/3 lb Prather Ranch beef, Asian slaw and sriracha aioli.
  • Fire Bomb $16: 1/3 lb Prather Ranch beef topped with BBQ pulled pork, Asian slaw, sweet and tangy sauce and sriracha aioli.
  • Pulled Pork Sandwich $13: BBQ pulled pork, Asian slaw and sweet and tangy sauce on a brioche bun.
  • Chicken Sandwich $13: grilled teriyaki chicken, Asian slaw and garlic aioli.

Tacos
