About Fresh Fire Grill

Fresh Fire Grill is a family-run restaurant in north Redding serving fire-grilled bowls, poke, BBQ, burgers and tacos. Our mission is to make delicious, healthier, real food that everyone can enjoy. Every day our staff make our food, sauces and drinks from scratch with fresh ingredients and produce.

Guests come back for the Hawaiian Pork Bowl, seared ahi poke, our house wasabi ginger and sweet and tangy BBQ sauces, and fresh-pressed lemonade.

What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm. We're closed on Sundays.

Do you deliver?
Yes, through DoorDash and Uber Eats. You can also order online for pickup.

Do you have gluten-free or vegetarian options?
Yes. Any bowl can be made on a garden salad base, and we offer a gluten-free bowl. Teriyaki tofu is our vegetarian protein.

Do you cater?

Is there a location in Palo Cedro?
No. Our Palo Cedro location has closed. Lake Blvd in Redding is our only location.
