Where is Fresh Fire Grill?

161 Lake Blvd, Redding, CA 96003, in north Redding just off I-5 Exit 680. This is our only location. Our old Palo Cedro restaurant on Deschutes Rd is permanently closed.

What are your hours?

Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm. Closed Sunday.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking in the lot right outside.

What kind of food do you serve?

Fire-grilled bowls, poke, teriyaki, Hawaiian BBQ pulled pork, burgers, sandwiches and tacos, made from scratch with house-made sauces. Build your own fire bowl with teriyaki chicken, BBQ pulled pork, teriyaki tofu or poke tuna over rice or salad.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes. Get a fire bowl with teriyaki tofu, and our side salads (Asian slaw, Asian veggie, garden salad and kale salad) are all available.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes. Ask for the GF bowl, made on a garden salad base without chicken, teriyaki or Fire sauce. Please tell us about any allergy when you order.

Can I order online?

Yes. Order online for pickup at freshfiregrill.square.site, or get delivery through DoorDash and Uber Eats.

Do you cater?

Yes. Our catering trays each serve about 10 people and come with plates, utensils, napkins and sauces. See Catering or call (530) 768-5688.

Do you have a kids' menu?

Yes. The Aloha Kids Bowl is teriyaki chicken, grilled pineapple and white rice for $7.

How long have you been open?

Fresh Fire Grill started in 2014 and has been at 161 Lake Blvd since 2018.
