As part of Fresh Fire Grill team, you will be an ambassador of the Fresh Fire Grill’s core values.  You will be an integral part of the guest experience, through the creation of healthy and delicious food.  We have multiple positions open at both locations.  

Store Manager

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Interviewing and hiring

• Scheduling

• Inventory control and shopping

• Maintaining cash drawer

• Training

• First point of contact for staff

• Maintain equipment and physical restaurant(self or outsourcing when needed)

• Quality control

• Fill in as a cook/kitchen helper when staff “call in” last minute and there is no other option

• Any other tasks needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly

Requirements/Desired Traits:

• Previous restaurant cooking experience

• Strong common sense

• Very detailed oriented

• Available 35+ hours/wk

• Excellent customer service and people skills

• Ability to think quickly solve problems

• Technical enough to use apps for scheduling, maintain inventory, and well as troubleshoot Square register issues

• Basic handyman/handywoman skills

• Ability to understand and execute the vision of Fresh Fire Grill

Cook

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Cooking 

• Cashiering 

• Food Preparation 

• Cleaning 

• Customer Service 

• Any tasks necessary to help maintain smooth operations

Requirements/Desired Traits:

• Familiar with gas equipment and grilling

• Able to produce quality food

• Ability to follow recipes and procedures to owners specs

• Very detail oriented Strong customer service skills

• Great work ethic and willing to work a hustling pace Physically able to lift 50lbs and be standing for for extended periods of time

• Mentally able to not look at your phone for extended periods of time

• Ability to multitask under pressure

• Calm welcoming presence under sometimes stressful conditions

• Comfortable using a knife Ability to work without always being told what to do Ability to work well with others

• Flexible availability and previous restaurant experience with excellent customer service is a plus

Kitchen Team Member

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards on the front line

• Cashiering

• Food Preparation

• Cleaning

• Customer Service
